These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph334 ("ph334," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your use of the ph334 website at ph334.org, its subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming and financial services offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the ph334 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ph334's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph334 platform and close any accounts you may hold. Continued use of the Service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) ph334 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph334 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited at ph334's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ph334 promptly of any changes. ph334 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 KYC Verification

ph334 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR requirements. KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. ph334 may additionally request KYC documents at any stage of the account relationship for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address issued within the last three (3) months.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph334 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not sharing your login credentials with any third party;
• Logging out from any shared or public device after each session;
• Notifying ph334 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised account access.

ph334 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any gaming activity or financial transactions conducted through your account are presumed to be authorised by you unless you have notified ph334 of a security breach in a timely manner. ph334 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing transactions where unusual account activity is detected.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ph334 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Unibank online banking, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ph334's discretion. Current payment options are displayed in the Cashier section of the ph334 platform.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ph334 is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). There is no fee charged by ph334 on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your ph334 account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. ph334 accepts only deposits made by the account holder from payment instruments registered in that account holder's name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) confirmation that the payment method to which funds are being returned is the same as or equivalent to the method used to make the originating deposit (same-source rule). ph334's target processing time for verified GCash withdrawals is fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours may experience delays.

5.4 Currency

All transactions at ph334 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph334 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate published policy.

ph334 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.

7.1 RNG Integrity

7.2 Live Dealer Standards

7.3 System Errors

• Colluding with other players in any game format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Exploiting programming errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to ph334 support immediately;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes against ph334 in bad faith;
• Attempting to access another player's account, ph334's backend systems, or any restricted areas of the ph334 infrastructure;
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing ph334's proprietary content, including game assets and software, without written authorisation.

ph334 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players, including minors and persons with gambling-related problems. ph334 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings dashboard:

ph334 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph334 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or commercially exploit any ph334 Content; create derivative works based on ph334 Content; reverse engineer any software component of the ph334 platform; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on ph334 Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph334 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the ph334 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or business interruption, even if ph334 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph334's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph334 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph334 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The ph334 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and ph334 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ph334 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age;
• Request from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• ph334's decision to discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests from verified accounts not subject to a fraud investigation will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity may have their balances forfeited in whole or in part at ph334's discretion.

You may close your ph334 account at any time by contacting ph334 support. Closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in a closing account that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ph334 Service, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Disputes relating to game outcomes that are disputed as unfair or erroneous must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant game round. ph334 will investigate and respond within five (5) business days of receiving a formal dispute submission.

ph334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the ph334 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the ph334 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
